Life Improvement Update

I am proud to say that in the 3 weeks since making my life improvement goals I have already accomplished a lot.  I have lost 6 lbs! I work out twice a week.  I am in a women’s Bible study. I have knitted Avery a hat and am 30 rows away from finishing her blanket!  I have sewed a table runner.  I have cooked 95% of our meals and thus have saved lots of money by not eating out as much.  I feel better mentally, physically and spiritually.
